SAPT’s Adult Performance Training Options

All Adult Training Packages include:
- Individualized programming (up to 3 days of programming) written specifically for you that is unique to your needs, goals, and current ability level
- On-site, semi-private training sessions that will not exceed an 8:1 client to coach ratio *Excluding Distance Coaching Only
- Self-service scheduling system, and dedicated Client Service Representative, to set-up your weekly training schedule
*Excluding Distance Coaching Only ? Choice of 3, 6, 9 or 12 month training packages
*Training packages of shorter duration available per request
Training Options:
On-Site Training:
- Train in our appointment only, semi-private training structure up to 2x/week at our state of the art facilities On-site and Distance Coaching Combo:
- Perform ONE on-site, appointment only, semi-private training session per week
- AND, experience SAPT virtual coaching through our extensive online database of exercises, and option of weekly email or Skype correspondence (limited to 1/week) to allow you to perform your other SAPT programmed training sessions off-site, on your time! *Skype consultations will incur an additional fee
On-site and Distance Coaching Combo Deluxe:
- Perform TWO on-site, appointment only, semi-private training session per week
- AND, experience SAPT virtual coaching through our extensive online database of exercises, and option of weekly email or Skype correspondence (limited to 1/week) to allow you to perform your other SAPT programmed training session off-site, on your time! *Skype consultations will incur an additional fee
Distance Coaching:
- No on-site training sessions, but experience SAPT virtual coaching through our extensive online database of exercises, and option of weekly email or Skype correspondence (limited to 1/week) to allow you to perform ALL of your SAPT programmed training sessions off-site, on your time! *Skype consultations will incur an additional fee

Weekly Group Classes:

These scientifically designed classes are for women only (sorry guys), and are aimed to cure what ails your regular fitness routine!
- Using the principles of functional training and athletic conditioning, these classes will boost your metabolism, decrease risk of injuries, and improve your strength!
- Buttkamp is held every Tuesday and Friday at 7, 8, and 9am at our Fairfax location, and every Monday and Thursday at 6, 7, 8 and 9am at our Sterling location
- The first 2-weeks of every month are FREE to prospective Buttkampers, so come on by and give it a try! -These classes are designed for individuals that don’t have any special circumstances which would require a more individualized program, or as a package add-on for those enrolled in our more individualized programs.
